"No, it's just me right now," Derek assures her, stepping aside to let her in. He was worried that things with Hild might be awkward once the boundaries of their friendship became a little more clear. He knows that she doesn't really seem to be into monogamy, but Derek is. When he's actually with someone, he's with them and no one else.
